Short- Term Rental Styling Consultation

After our on-site visit (optionally online consultation), we will prepare a plan with a design concept that highlights our ideas and visions for improving the value of your property. This will help you better visualize the end product.
Our short-term rental styling consultation includes a written report with digital design concepts and recommendations for furniture layout. The cost of the service starts from $379 and will be delivered within 3 business days.
TT Property Styling will deduct the short-term rental styling consultation cost from your final bill if you choose some of our Styling Packages or customized packages to style your short-term property with us.
Short- Term Rental Styling Package Options

Refresh Styling Package: Our Refresh Styling Package is designed to revamp your space by incorporating current furniture into a fresh and modern design with new small pieces of furniture and home decor. This package includes a detailed design plan, furniture layout recommendation, furniture, and decor search provided with a link, and a list of recommended essentials and kitchenware for short-term rentals.
Premium Package: We offer a Premium Package service that covers all the styling needs for your short-term rental property. This package comprises a list of recommended contractors, such as painting professionals, cleaning services, and maintainers in your local area. This service involves the design and planning of your rental space, finding high-quality furniture and decor while staying within your budget, creating a list of necessary kitchenware and essentials for short-term rentals, handling furniture delivery, and providing final furniture installation along with decor and necessities. This is a complete set-up for your short-term rental property, without the need for you to be present in person.
With the Premium Package, you will receive top-notch service that includes expert contractor setup and order management, all taken care of efficiently and effectively after your pre-payment for a service. The completion time for the short-term rental styling of your property typically ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the property's size and condition. Additionally, we can arrange for a professional photographer to capture high-quality photos of your Airbnb, Vrbo, or vacation rental property after installation. Please note that these services come with an additional fee.
